My career objectives revolve around promoting innovation, inculcating creativity, fostering honesty, and shouldering responsibility towards society. I believe in embracing challenges and consistently pushing the boundaries of knowledge in pursuit of excellence.

 

General Profile

    My approach is rooted in a problem-solving mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities within challenges. Skillful task coordination, adaptability, and effective communication are hallmarks of my work ethic. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring a balanced blend of independence and collaboration to the table.

 

Professional Journey

     I currently hold the position of Assistant Professor and P. G. Teacher in Pharmaceutics at H. R. PatelInstitute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Shirpur, affiliated with KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, since August 2021. Prior to this, I was a Senior Research Fellow from 2018 to 2021 on a DST-SERB sponsored project. My academic journey includes roles such as Assistant Professor for B.Pharm students from 2016 to 2018, and as a Lecturer for D.Pharm students in 2016-2017.

Academic Excellence

     My academic endeavors have encompassed a diverse array of courses and subjects. I have been involved in teaching courses ranging from Industrial Pharmacy-1 & 2 and Biopharmaceutics for B. Pharmacy students to more advanced subjects like Pharmaceutical Product Development and Hazards and Safety Management for M. Pharmacy students. 

 

Pioneering Research

    My research interests span across several critical areas, including fluorescent biosensing, cancer theranostics, advanced nano-materials, and biopolymer nanocomposites. My work has earned me recognition as a Senior Research Fellow on a DST-SERB sponsored project titled "Functionalized fluorescent graphene quantum dot-based sensor for early detection of lung cancer and bioimaging" at HRPIPER, Shirpur.

My dedication to advancing knowledge is evident through my substantial publication record. I have authored over 14 research papers, more than 20 review papers and contributed to  more 7 book chapters, all contributing to the ever-evolving field of health sciences.

Notably, I was awarded a Ph.D. on December 22, 2022, for my thesis titled "Development of Nanoprobe for Cancer Sensing Application" at KBC NMU, Jalgaon.

Freelance and Consultancy Work

    In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also served as a Freelancer for Case Studies at renowned institutions such as Nottingham Trent University for research studies and Cognizant for Clinical Case Studies. I have also been a consultant for research projects and research-review paper writing, further expanding my reach and impact in the field.

 

Contributions and Engagements

     I am a proud member of the Association of Pharmacy Profession (APTI) and have also been actively involved as a review team member for prestigious journals like the "International Journal of Research and Analytical Reviews" and "Acta Scientific Pharmacology Review Board". Additionally, I've been invited to review articles for journals like "Food and Chemical Toxicology" and "Nano-BioMedicine & Engineering".

 

Technical Proficiency

    My proficiency extends to various software applications, both for data analysis and presentation, including Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Origin™, BIOVIA-Materials Studio, FluorTools, E-Draw, SigmaPlot, ImageJ, Biorender, ChemSketch, and more. In the realm of paper drafting and referencing, I am well-versed in tools like EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, and Citavi™.
